You HAVE TO use this form while applying for moderator:

• Ingame nickname?
• Why do you want to be a Moderator?
• Why you should be a Moderator?
• Your age?
• What country do you live in?
• How long have you been on this server?
• Your playtime? How much you usually play?
• What you should do IF you were a Moderator?
• Have you been/ Are you admin at other servers?
• Whats your rank? (guest, Member, wooden donator, stone donator etc.)
• How do you feel about that mods cannot access /give, /item or /ban?
