Moderator application (LaseMiner)

First, I will awnser all owner's questions:
-Game nickname: LaserMiner (Known as kishiminer but its old account)
-Why do you want to be a moderator? :I want to be a moderator to help more people problems and also help them.I know we dont have acess to ./give but that don't include all possibilities of help.I also think that making someone moderator may show who to ask help.And in my opinion, Im quite active.
-Age: I have 12
-Your playtime: I play for about 5 months.
-How usually you play per day? :I play usally 1 hour per day, when I can of course.
-What would you do IF you were a moderator? :In my opinion, I would do the job of them, meaning that I would help solving people problems (Griefs, fights...), help with building/mining , and also help with our commands , because we have TONS of plugins.
-What is your rank? :My rank is Super Donator (Donated 30U$)
-How do you feel about moderators don't having acess to /ban,/give ? : I think this is correct.If I would be the owner of the server I would not allow moderators /give , or /ban.Because to do that commands, you NEED to know your staff very well.And Administrators are the people that play on server for alot of time.Like our very nice friend Ifoxu.

Now I will ask for all support of the people think I should get.
