New plugin that is called XpShop

The new plugin that was added, called ExpBank was added when I suggested.
It was perfect to earn levels fast but It costs 7500ec per sign and can store 15 levels.
But, what if when you enchant your pickaxe with an enchantment that you do not want?
Well, with XpShop, You can sell exp to other players and buy exp from other players!

I enchanted 2 of my diamond pickaxes and do you what to know what enchantments it granted to me?

Efficiency IV (diamond pickaxe)
and (separated)
Unbreaking III (diamond pickaxe)

Yeah, I wanted to sell those both, but I wanted the exp back.
So, with this plugin, We could store exp, sell exp and buy exp.
