Residence plugin

After seeing this used in a couple of other servers, I thought I'd suggest this plugin for us to use. This plugin allows members to create protected areas that would still cost and it would put less work on the admins and owners leaving them to be able to concentrate on other problems and play the game.

With Residence the more blocks with in area of protection the more it would cost and it would be easier for town owners to create plots and sell them as they can make one big area (town area) and then have sub-zones which they would be able to sell or rent.

Hope you all have a look at it, as i reckon it would be a good addition to the plugin list and greatness of the server.

yeah both of those would work well on here with the current plugins we already have.

I have three problems with this:
1. Does it create traditional WorldGuard regions? If not then
2. Does it have the /flags that WorldGuard does? and
3. Just to be able to use it's own flags, you have to download entire new plugins.

I'll have to download this on my server later and test it out.

Doesn't support iconomy, won't be used.
