Punish Gunmannial For Mod Acusation

Hi im HutchHiker and i have played on this server for a couple days now and i love it.

Well i has a few complaints lol, first when i came on the server a person made me go to /warp tut to find out the rules. i read the rules and agreed. he didnt though. i then did it again twice and he never believed me so he stalked me when doing it and constantly making me read things about plugins that i alread know how to use and have on my own server (i use my server sometimes for survival).

Now i got over that made a house In LightVill with the help of BloodKnight and it is an ok one. so i go to see this guys farm and jump it drops the crops and i say sorry and cant replant so i give back the items and tell the guy that i cant replace them coz the soil isnt plowed. Then i go mining and i have a hd 1080p moniter with led backlights at full brightness and full brightness on minecraft. so i dont need to put torches down all the time lol. So this mod Gunmannial acuuses me of xray coz i mined a couple diamonds and dont need torches, he then constantly annoys me by stalking me and then kept acusing me of modding. i dont mod since it laggs my pc out a little and coz i dont like it on my server so why should i do it on any other? so he keeps threatining me of "modding" and griefeing. i admi i destroyed 4 crops i gave back the items though and explained i couldnt replant. now im annoyed coz this gunmannial is threatening to ban me and punish me for nothing he says im using xray when all im doing is making a shaft with extra shafts to the side 2 blocks apart, syndicate made a vid about this good teqnique to find diamonds.

ye so i think gunmannial should be either banned or taken his staff rights away from him for being a bad op.

i wouldnt mind being promoted either since i know what im doing and am only on for 2 hours so waht can go wrong i also have experience in 5 other servers

1.the only reason ielov1 was saying go read tut is cause u werent u kept saying no i dont need to i know what to do.
2.you jumped on his crops and thats not an accident
3.2 days ago you were spamming
4.you were making a single shaft that led right through redstone,gold, and diamond\

I say hutch should be the one ggetting banned/punished not gunman gunman is a good mod and shouldnt be punished

I agree with Jdrred here with that it should be hutch getting the punishment and not gunman as gunman is a good mod and was there as my crops were jumped on by hutch which was completely non-accidental.

I agree with Jdrred here with that it should be hutch getting the punishment and not gunman as gunman is a good mod and was there as my crops were jumped on by hutch which was completely non-accidental.

MANY! i fell on 1 and the res spazzed out.

i fell on the crops and the shafts asi said where earned from syndicate. its a very good one and diamonds and ores mostly spawn under level 17 whick i use f3 to know not xray.

i only didnt read the tut coz i read most of it then i knew the rules etc i use most plugins on my server.

I never speak on svc unless I need help or if someone is asking me for something or pissin me off. Also I have a wobky keyboard which puts caps on sometimes.
