Staff offices

The idea for an office building for the staff has been around quite some time now, but never fully implemented...but today brings new hope and a purpose for these offices!
In each office would be the contact information for the staff member on signs: Steam account, skype, /mail send (name), maybe even an email address...
The second part of this idea involves each office having it's own separate chat, so when a staff member and another player are in his office, they can only hear each other and no one else. I'm sure this could be accomplished with the plugins we already have
